Refund policy
At CanineVoyage, every product is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To request a replacement, contact us at info@caninevoyage.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Once approved, a replacement will be sent within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer refunds for orders that are in transit or delayed due to carrier issues outside our control.
